The automatic transmission with 9 gears works great. The ride is flexible, the shifts are imperceptible. The first gear is very low. The ground clearance is great, it goes everywhere. The trunk is deep and wide, there is a lot in it. The salon is spacious and comfortable for people from all parameters. Sound insulation on level. Three remote control buttons for ports or barriers are built in the rearview mirror.
Regarding the disadvantages. Established multimedia simply cooks. The seats are hard, uncomfortable, very narrow. Made from leather and textile. For my long length, the adjustment is backwards and up not enough, there is no adjustment for the tilt of the seat cushion. The buckle of the seat belt is too low, I had to connect an extension.
The steering wheel is syrupy, it is necessary to run with difficulty. Returns with difficulty to the middle position. Buttons on the wheel are bad. They have a long blow, they don't work clearly.
I summarize it: although the manufacturer says that Discovery is premium, it is certainly not. Too many nuances in terms of comfort, ergonomics, many blunders. But as a family car for every day it is good.
